SPICY AVOCADO & CRAB DIP
- 2 scallion onions finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 cup La Dee Da 12 Veggie Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tbsp of La Dee Da Spicy Sweet Wine Relish
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 cup crumbled vegan feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp EVOO
- Fresh ground pepper, salt to taste
- 1/4 cup cilantro (optional) OR substitute with parsley
- Preheat oven to 350°F and place chips on non stick baking sheet (bake 4-5 minutes).
- Cut avocado into small pieces, approximately 1/2 pieces.
- Mix onions, garlic and crumbled feta into bowl with avocado, gently toss and fold in ingredients.
- Add in 12 Veggie Tomato Sauce and Spicy Sweet Wine Relish.
- Add olive oil and gently mix together.
- Place mixture on platter, add chips around bowl and enjoy!
