La Dee Da Cauliflower Alfredo Keto Ground Beef Lasagna

FOR VEGAN RECIPE SUBSTITUTE WITH VEGGIE CRUMBLE AND VEGAN CHEESE

This YUMMY lasagna recipe is made with this delicious Caulißower Alfredo Sauce along side caulißower lasagna "noodles". Added layers of ground beef and loads of savoury cheese for a perfect Keto meal anytime!

Cook Time : 30 minutes

Total Time : 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 medium side head of Caulißower (cut into ßorets)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup large onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 475ml jar of La Dee Da Gourmet Sauces Caulißower Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped (save a little for topping)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice (mozzarella works best for melting)
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease your glass dish or your square casserole dish
  2. Take the cauliflower and toss them with the olive oil while adding salt and pepper to nicely coat florets
  3. Place florets on non stick baking sheet and roast for approx 20 minutes, turning florets half way through cooking time, remove when crispy yet tender
  4. While florets are cooking in the oven, cook onions in skillet for approx 10 minutes over medium heat until nicely browned and almost transparent
  5. Add in the ground beef, stirring frequently until meat is cooked, approx 8 minutes on medium-high heat
  6. Drop in garlic and 3/4 jar of La Dee Da Gourmet Sauces Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce, add salt and pepper to taste, approx 3 minutes to fold sauce in meat
  7. Take the roasted florets and lay them in the dish, pour the Cauliflower Alfredo meat mixture over the florets evenly
  8. Top with shredded cheese of choice and bake at 400 degrees for approx 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling
  9. For garnishment, top with fresh basil
