
Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Balsamic Honey Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup loose parsley
- 1/4 cup lemon juice +(2 lemon wedges for baking)
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets (about 6 cups)
- Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparations
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together first and then add in cauliflower florets
- Toss until evenly coated
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, evenly layer all the cauliflower on a baking sheet and add lemon wedges on top (you can use parchment paper, but they won’t turn out as crispy)
- Bake uncovered fro 20-25 minutes until there is browning on the cauliflower, gently toss in fresh parsley for garnishment and serve warm
