Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Balsamic Honey Glaze


  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup loose parsley
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice +(2 lemon wedges for baking)
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets (about 6 cups)
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste



  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together first and then add in cauliflower florets
  • Toss until evenly coated
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, evenly layer all the cauliflower on a baking sheet and add lemon wedges on top (you can use parchment paper, but they won’t turn out as crispy)
  • Bake uncovered fro 20-25 minutes until there is browning on the cauliflower, gently toss in fresh parsley for garnishment and serve warm
