SAVOURY MUSHROOM BASIL SAUCE RISOTTO
- 2 cups of your choice in cooked rice, Arborio works lovely with this
- 1 jar of Fresco Mushroom & Basil White Wine Sauce
- handful of pea sprouts
- 1 bell pepper finely julienned
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigianino cheese
Heat Fresco on low simmer. Place rice in shallow serving dish. Pour heated fresco over rice. Add julienned peppers and garnish with pea sprouts and Parmigianino cheese.
