Easy Peasy Chilli

EASY PEASY CHILLI

Serves 6 people
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Note: This recipe can be used with or without ground beef, turkey, tofu and is a delicious, healthy and easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (optional)
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 jar Fusion - 12 Vegetable Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 small package sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 1 - 14 oz bean medley (optional)
  • 1 - 14 oz red kidney beans (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fire & Ice Spicy Ice Wine Relish
  • 2 tsp of cumin
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • 2 cups of fresh baby spinach

Optional
To increase the serving size add the following suggested vegetables 1 sweet pepper, coarsely chopped 3 celery stalks, chopped

Preparation

Brown ground meat or tofu, drain fat and set aside (optional). Next, add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a large pot. Sauté minced garlic cloves for about one minute in the pot. Then add Fusion 12 Vegetable Tomato Sauce. Next add water then the sliced cremini mushrooms. Add the can of bean medley and kidney beans. *Then you can add in suggested vegetables using*. Cover and simmer in the pot for approximately 20 minutes. After, add Fire & Ice Spicy Ice Wine Relish. Add the cumin, paprika, oregano. Lastly, add spinach within the last 5 minutes and Pink Himalayan salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!
